Harshad Chopda urges fans to eat healthy with a video of himself back flipping

Amidst the Coronavirus scare, the government has been urging the citizens to eat well and to not step out in public unless absolutely necessary. With the measures being taken by the government, the celebrities have also been making it a point to make sure to urge their fans to stay safe. With the shoots being put on a halt till March 31, the celebrities have been practicing self-quarantine while encouraging the others to work out at home.

Joining the league, Harshad Chopda posted a video of himself last night on his Instagram story where he urged the fans to increase their intake of Vitamin C. In the story, Harshad is seen backflipping and we’re left wondering if there is anything that he cannot do! We’re all aware of how much of a fitness enthusiast he really is, so he makes sure to get in his workout at home. Take a look at the video.
