Farah Khan Ali opens up on reporting Rangoli Chandel’s tweet

Rangoli Chandel has yet again managed to be the news of the hour, only this time, it's her comments targeting a particular community. In one of her tweets, she compared herself to the Nazis and this did not sit well with most of the Twitterati. Her account was soon suspended for spreading hate and jewelry designer Farah Khan Ali one of the lot to report her tweet.

She has met Rangoli a couple of times with Kangana but says that she has no idea what has happened to her recently since she seemed like a sweet person. She agrees that people are entitled to their own views but to wish a community was dead because of the actions of a few is evil and vile. Farah revealed in a couple of tweets that she had also reported the tweet because the tone of some of Rangoli’s tweets was just plain hate speech.

My reporting to @twitter @TwitterIndia and @jack against Rangoli Chandels tweet was NOT personal. She can say whatever she wants against me or my fly. I reported her bec she called out on killing “Mullahs & liberal media” &compared herself to the NAZIS.

Contd -2 I dont care if you’re pro/anti Cong /BJP , or if you’re pro/anti Hindus/Muslims. As long as you DONT call for a MASS KILLING in the name of GENOCIDE, you can continue to spew venom.

On the other hand, Rangoli does not want to revive her Twitter account and says a biased platform is not where she wants to be. She also said that she was on Twitter as her sister’s spokesperson but since Kangana Ranaut is a big star, she has other ways of reaching out.
