Shabana Azmi scolds Javed Akhtar for spilling soup, latter gives an epic reply

As we spend this lock-down period at home, we are left to witness so many little, amusing moments that we will treasure in the future. One such took place between Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar, when the latter was having soup!

In a video, we hear Shabana sharing how her husband, while drinking the soup, was spilling plenty of it. She warned him, and said, "Javed, iss tarah tum khaoge toh kitna tum giraoge,"? The actor was in for a funny and musical response here. The eminent lyricist decided to twist to the iconic Hindi song Abhi Naa Jao Chhod Ke. "Jo iss tarah se khaoge, toh kitna tum giraoge. Joh soup iss pe gir gaya, toh jaante toh hoga kya? Yeh daag dhul na payega, Yeh daag dhul na payega... jo dhoyega, bataayega, ke saabun iss pe ghis diya, yeh daag par mitaa nahin," he went on.
