Bollywood dancers thank Sidharth Malhotra for his help with a special video

The nationwide lockdown that was imposed in March has caused financial strain on many, especially daily wage workers. The film industry was completely shut down, a week before the lockdown commenced leaving several artists jobless.

During this time of crisis, several actors came out in support of other fellow artists in need of help. Sidharth Malhotra had extended financial support to 165 Bollywood dancers. He transferred money directly to their bank accounts and the dancers, in turn, thanked him with a special video. The dancers created a clip which was a mix of them dancing to Sidharth's hit songs like ‘Kala Chashma’, ‘Lets Nacho’ and ‘Kar Gayi Chull’. They compiled all the videos shot at home and thanked him.

Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra will next be seen in Vikram Natra's biopic titled Shershaah. Directed by Vishnuvardhan, Sidharth has been paired opposite Kiara Advani in this venture. Sidharth was supposed to start shooting for the remake of the 2019 Tamil film Thadam in May. However, due to the lockdown, the schedule has been postponed.
