Jacqueline Fernandez reveals how she has been dealing with anxiety with the help of Yoga
Jacqueline Fernandez has been dealing with anxiety over the past few weeks and has been doing yoga consistently which has been helping her to look at the positive side of everything and be grateful for her life.
The actress on her social media shared a post and expressed the beauty of it all, "I have been dealing with some major anxiety these past few weeks.. however being consistent with yoga has taught me the valuable lesson of being in the moment and what’s even more important.. gratitude.. for life and being alive.. have a great day everyone! Jacqueline, on multiple occasions has shared how she stays positive and how she has worked on herself to achieve the state of calm as it is a journey and not a destination, for her. During the lockdown, Jacqueline is preferring Yoga as it includes working all the parts of your body, allowing your body to be intact with movement.
