Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen recently turned 45. The super fit actress took to her Instagram handle to share a workout video and stressed that he is proud to be 45.

Sushmita shared a video of herself working to improve her core strength and said that it was a birthday tradition. "AM a proud 45!!! ???? #birthdaytradition #corestrength #corebeliefs #holdingpower #unshakeable," she captioned the video post.
