BTS brings the festive spirit with top-notch performances on 'Black Swan', 'Life Goes On' and 'Dynamite'

The year is about to come to an end in just a week but not before some big performances coming from global popstars BTS. Performing at SBS K-pop Festival 2020 on Christmas day held at Daegu town in South Korea, BTS opted to bring the merry spirit back with their top-notch performances.

The members' RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook had pre-recorded 'Black Swan', 'Life Goes On' and 'Dynamite' holiday version performances for the festival. Suga has been missing in action for over a month as he is recovering from shoulder surgery. But, his presence is always felt in all the performances that BTS has done in the past month since the release of the 'BE' album. This time, he was depicted as a cute snowman during the 'Life Goes On' and 'Dynamite' stages.

The production level during this SBS festival, once again, was top-notch. The transition from one song to another was so easy breezy that it looked like you are watching a music video! In a way, where live concerts seem far-fetched now, BTS has ensured that no stage is similar to their previous one and continue to provide dynamic performances, virtually. The sets are immaculate and the performances are powerful.

At the end of the festival, BTS came on the stage to talk to everyone virtually and thank everyone for staying positive and hopeful, this year. "Every K-pop artist who took part in this Gayo Daejeon, tried to sing the very best that we could, hoping that our songs will console you and give you courage." They ended the last comment by saying, "Together, Wherever." Meanwhile, on the work front, BTS released their studio album 'BE' on November 20, 2020. The lead track 'Life Goes On' went No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100. This month, members Jin, Jimin, and V released original tracks for the fans - 'Abyss', 'Christmas Love' and 'Snow Flower' ft. Peakboy.
