Kartik Aaryan keeps his brand endorsements going, stays amongst the most prominent young stars

Kartik Aaryan recently joined the big league alongside Virat Kohli, Akshay Kumar And Ranveer Singh when he rose to the top amongst Top-20 celebrities with biggest brands valuation. Looks like he is set to rise further up in the list if the recent additions to his brand endorsements is any indication.

“That’s right, and it’s because he is playing across various ends of the spectrum,” says a senior brand promoter. “He has recently been signed by Bata as well as Doritos, and both have different kind of market segment while being polarised products. Bata is one of the list prestigious footwear brands of India and is pretty much the identity of the nation as well for decades. Now that they are looking at catering further to the youth, they have roped in Kartik as their brand ambassador. On the other hand, Doritos has always prided itself on being the premium nachos chips brand amongst the elite. However, the idea is now to penetrate amongst the B an C centers as well, for which they have come up with entry level packets.”

To choose Kartik as the man to do the job has been a strategic decision not just for these two brands but also more than a dozen others brands where the young star is a regular.

“Kartik has a unique market proposition since he is popular amongst all age groups. That is a space which is difficult to crack for most but Kartik has turned to be amongst the select few where this has been made possible,” says a brand placement expert, “He started off with youth when his films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama series worked with the school and college segment. However, there was a huge push amongst family audiences with the success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Luka Chuppi and Pati Patni Aur Woh. This is where he managed to entertain all age groups, something that was picked up by multiple brands as well.”

No wonder, today Kartik is one of the most popular faces amongst various brands that range across varied kind of products. In fact, he was amongst the few young actors who was busy right thigh the pandemic as well while he shot for various ads and campaigns.

Meanwhile, the actor has also wrapped up Dhamaka in quick time, is busy shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and would soon be beginning shoot of yet untitled action film which is set to go on floors.
