Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak Tiwari turns her new workout buddy

Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 star Shweta Tiwari is a fitness freak. Even at the age of 40, she has managed to keep herself fit and active. Shweta follows strict discipline when it comes to her fitness regime and hitting the gym.  Just like her mother, Shweta's daughter Palak Tiwari is also a fitness enthusiast.

Recently, the mother-daughter duo made headlines as they were spotted together working out in a gym.  The video was shared by their personal trainer Sahil Rasheed, on Instagram. In the video, the duo is seen exercising intensely and working out with gym ropes. In the second part, they are seen taking turns and holding each other with resistance bands. Both of them were dressed in cool athleisure wears. Shweta donned a black t-shirt with grey yoga pants, while Palak wore the same pants with a white t-shirt.

Sharing the video, their gym trainer wrote, "LIKE MOTHER ~ LIKE DAUGHTER • @shweta.tiwari & @palaktiwarii challenging & motivating each other." Truly, the duo has left the viewers stunned and gives major mother-daughter goals.

On the work front, Shweta Tiwari is currently seen in the adventure stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
