Neetu Kapoor reveals Rishi Kapoor’s desire was to see Ranbir Kapoor’s marriage

Actor Rishi Kapoor passed away a year ago after battling cancer for nearly two years. Recently, Neetu Kapoor revealed that her husband's most cherished desire was to see Ranbir Kapoor get married.

In a recent interview, Neetu spoke about the two most cherished desires of the late actor. One was to see Ranbir wearing a turban in a Peshawari tradition, astride a horse on his wedding day.

Another desire was to see their Krishna Raj house redeveloped and complete with three separate apartments for Riddhima, Ranbir, and them.

Neetu also said that it has been tough for her after the death of Rishi Kapoor. She was the one who was constantly by his side when he was being treated for cancer in New York for a year-and-a-half. She said that the reason she took up the film Jug Jugg Jeeyo and graced reality shows was to divert herself from being alone. She said her work kept her occupied and her children also encouraged her to work again.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor is currently dating actor Alia Bhatt and reports of their impending wedding have surfaced now and them. However, there has been no confirmation bout their wedding as of now.
