Shilpa Shetty enjoys a serene view and yoga as she holidays with her kids in Dharamshala, watch video

Actor Shilpa Shetty recently jetted of to Dharamshala with kids Samisha and Viaan. She took to her Instagram handle to share a glimpse of her holiday destination.

Sharing the video, she wrote, “Offline is the new luxury” To be able to switch off and be one with nature… just switch the mind off and BREATHE without fear (in the current Covid situation). Clean and pure air truly is a luxury. Snowcapped mountains, pure oxygen, silence, only birds chirping… when you are able to find it; make the best of it, is exactly what I did. Never take a break from breathing right even if I’m on a holiday. Today, it was 21 Anulom Vilom (2 sets), 200 KapalBhati (2 sets), and Om chants, which ended with thanking and showing gratitude to the universe Breathe with awareness, my #InstaFam.”

In 2020, the Shilpa and Raj Kundra welcomed their daughter Samisha through surrogacy.

Meanwhile, on the work front, she was last seen in the film Hungama 2 along with Paresh Rawal, Meezaan. It was directed by Priyadarshan. She is also a part of Nikamma, where she will be seen sharing the screen space with Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia.
